My mission is to help you improve your quality of life through yoga, exercise and massage and to really enjoy the journey. My yoga and fitness journey began 14 years ago and it radically changed my life for the better. It has and is, teaching me so much and this is what I share with my students. My students describe my classes as fun, challenging and varied.

10 years experience working in health and fitness, 4 years working in one of the UK’s top gyms and, voted n°2 Personal Trainer nationwide in the company. By combining my knowledge of strength, fitness, mobility and flexibility, I can help you achieve a body that is agile, strong and toned.

Support and Encouragement

You are stronger and more capable than you realise, all you need is guidance to show you the proper technique and encouragement to keep you going. Aside from that I will adjust you, adapt exercises to fit your needs and will know when to push you and when your body requires a gentler approach.

We can adjust your sessions to times that suit you, meaning you never need miss a session.
