I went to Rachael’s yoga classes throughout my pregnancy. Her easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.
She gives great constructive advice and helps you achieve your goals. I was attending her classes right up until a few days before I gave birth. I cannot wait until I can train with her again and try out her stronger classes.
I practise sport regularly but had never tried yoga. Combining Rachael’s yoga classes with my other activities I feel more balanced both physically and mentally. Her classes are the perfect compliment to any activity and improve everyday life.
I started with Rachael as a total beginner and within a short period with her an awareness awoke in me, noticing how every muscle and cell of my body work as a perfect team. I love how she gives personal attention to every student, helping us improve our technique and get deeper into each pose. The day I finally managed to stand on my head felt like a birthday! And it was thanks to Rachael’s faith and encouragement.
