My mission is to help you improve your quality of life through yoga, exercise and massage and to really enjoy the journey. My yoga and fitness journey began 14 years ago and it radically changed my life for the better. It has and is, teaching me so much and this is what I share with my students. My students describe my classes as fun, challenging and varied.
